I grew up in the suburbs of Los Angeles. Music has been part of my life since birth.

With a father who was a devoted Beatles enthusiast, my earliest memories are marked by the soothing tones of "Black Bird" played on the guitar to calm me as an infant. Throughout my life, music has held a profound place in my heart, fostering a deep connection with my father that has significantly shaped my journey.

At the age of 14 in 1988, my passion for music manifested when I embarked on the journey of playing the guitar with aspirations of becoming a Rockstar. Undeterred by the commonplace skepticism surrounding such dreams, I remained resolute in my pursuit.

By the age of 17, I acquired my first 4-Track cassette recorder, unraveling the captivating world of music recording. Mastering techniques like the ping-pong trick, where multiple tracks were strategically layered, expanded my understanding and fueled my desire to pursue a career in music production.

Upon graduating high school, I diligently worked to acquire a Fender half-stack and a Les Paul Deluxe guitar, obtained serendipitously from a pawn shop. Although conventional wisdom might have dictated a different purchase, my focus on playing original music in various bands and concurrently delving into the recording process prevailed.

Entering my 20s, I transitioned into playing and recording for local bands and artists, dedicating myself full-time to music production and engineering. A small digital recording studio discreetly nestled beneath an apartment in a diminutive garage (unknown to the landlord) marked the pivotal moment when my career trajectory shifted towards sound design for video games.

Over the past two decades, I have been privileged to make a livelihood doing what brings me immense joy. Whether crafting sound effects, composing and recording music, or producing and guiding bands and artists towards their aspirations, I find fulfillment in every facet of my creative endeavors.
